At The Banana Pants, we want you to love your merch! If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled.

🛍️Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for the following situations:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Size issues (on a case-by-case basis)

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • You may need to provide a photo of the issue

Return shipping:

  • We’ll cover the return shipping cost if the mistake was ours (damaged, wrong item).
  • For size changes or preference-based returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

💸Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

📦Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Digital downloads or content
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or personalized merchandise (unless it arrives damaged)

Want to exchange an item for a different size or design?
Just email us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll walk you through the steps.
